The Redding Consortium voted at the July 29, 2025 full body meeting to support the refined list of “big ideas” listed in this document and to create a discretionary recommendations group to help with planning around the big ideas.

These big ideas, outlined in the interim plan approved by the Consortium on May 9, 2024, are the broad policy reforms outside of the changes to the district boundary lines that will help to improve student outcomes for city of Wilmington students.
